Rabb! and make us both Muslims to You, and from our offspring a

| This
was a supplication offered by Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail while they
were reconstructing the Holy House of Ka'aba.
This supplication is to be made by all the parents who wish to have
their children lead an Islamic life, away from evils and shirk.
The previous verse (2:127) relates
a supplication to accept the efforts of the father and son in reconstructing
the Holy House. |
