'anzilnii munzalam-mubaarakanw-wa 'anta khayrul-munzileen |

Rabb! make me land a blessed landing; for You are the Best of the
disembarkers. (23:29) |

| Prophet
Nuh (pbh) was instructed to make this supplication at the time of
getting down from the Ark after the deluge. Although a journey is
important, far more important is proper landing and your desire
of actions after that. Journey is usually short, but life after
the journey is most likely long. If we reach a place safely, but
the place is hostile to us or to Islam, then how good was the safety
in journey? |
