Acceptance of Supplications from Righteous

In Surah Al-i-Imran,verse 194, Allah mentions that:

So their Rabb immediately responds to them - "I shall certainly not leave to waste any deed of any doer among you, whether a male or a female; the one of you being from the other. Hence those who have migrated, and have been turned out of their homes, and have been persecuted in MY way, and whohave fought and were fought against, - I shall surely wipe off from them their evils, and cause them to enter the Gardens beneath which flow the rivers - a reward from the Presence of Allah. And as to Allah, with Him is the best reward.
